The markets of Pincourt, Île Perrot and Notre Dame de l'Île Perrot from January to September 2018

Since January 2018, sales have increased by 17% in Pincourt. The average selling time decreased from 69 days to just 47 days. However, prices remained fairly stable in single-family homes, with a median price increase of only 1% and a 3% increase in condominiums.

For Île Perrot, sales increased, but only by 5%. The average selling time is similar to 2017. However, the median price of homes and condominiums rose by 12%. A significant increase!

Finally, for the Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot market, sales increased by 24% in 2018. The average selling time also decreased from 89 to 74 days. The median price of homes sold increased by 8%, but condos benefited from a 21% increase!
